What you’ll do as a test expert
As a test expert, you are the bridge between technology and collaboration. You effortlessly switch between stakeholder management and technical testing, comparing test results to expectations, analyzing deviations sharply and thoroughly, and drafting clear test specifications that inspire your colleagues to take action.
You continuously safeguard the quality and consistency of functionalities, document everything meticulously, and ensure that all parties’ expectations are clearly aligned. You won’t just do this anywhere, you’ll do it at CCV, the specialist in payment solutions, right from the heart of Arnhem!
You will closely work together with technical product managers, supporting them with research and analyses related to transaction processing. With your talent for stakeholder management, you naturally and convincingly advise colleagues on new functionalities and solutions for production disruptions. You are the go-to person for functional questions from testers, application managers, developers, and external stakeholders. This requires intensive collaboration with your Scrum team and strong communication skills. Finally, you’re broadly deployable within the agile scrum team, actively contributing to all tasks.

What you’ll get in return
- A monthly salary between €3.513 and €5.017 based on a 40-hour workweek.
- At CCV you will be alternating between the headquarters in Anhem and working from home.
- You will receive a mileage or public transport reimbursement and a home office allowance.
- A contract for 32 to 40 hours per week with flexible working hours.
- 30 vacation days per calendar year, with the option to purchase an additional 7 days based on a 40-hour workweek.

- You have at least a bachelor’s level of education and experience or affinity with a coordination role.
- You have experience with payment transactions (preferably with the card scheme principle).
- You have experience with technical testing, test analysis, and translating requirements into specifications.
- You are familiar with test/release automation and SQL/databases.
- Experience with reading XML-based messages and performance testing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and (preferably) fluency in Dutch, as you’ll work with both Dutch- and English-speaking colleagues.
